pub772 Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following defined terms shall apply throughout this document and any associated policy documents published by pub772:

By accessing, registering on, or using the pub772 Platform in any manner — including but not limited to browsing the website, creating an Account, making a deposit, participating in any game, or claiming any promotion — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

These Terms, together with pub772's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, form the complete agreement between you and pub772. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and any other communication from pub772, these Terms shall prevail.

pub772 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Registered Account holders will be notified of material changes via the registered email address associated with their Account or through a prominent notice on the pub772 website. Continued use of the Platform following notification of an amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To be eligible to open and maintain a pub772 Account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times during your membership:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a natural person acting in your own name and on your own behalf;
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is legal and permitted;
• You are not an employee, director, officer, or contractor of pub772, nor a close family member of any such individual;
• You are not self-excluded from gambling activities through any applicable program;
• You have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under Philippine law;
• All information provided during registration is truthful, accurate, and complete.

pub772 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or permanently close Accounts that are found to be held by ineligible individuals. Any winnings generated through an ineligible Account shall be forfeited.

Each eligible individual may open only one (1) pub772 Account. Duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts are strictly prohibited. pub772 reserves the right to close any Account identified as a duplicate and to forfeit any balance held therein.

Registration Requirements

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate and complete information including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information throughout your membership and for notifying pub772 of any changes promptly through the Account settings panel or support channels.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pub772 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. pub772 will not be held liable for any unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security. You must notify pub772 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.

KYC Verification Process

Prior to processing any withdrawal from your Account, pub772 requires completion of the KYC identity verification process. Acceptable identity documents include valid Philippine government-issued identification such as the PhilSys National ID, Driver's License (LTO), Philippine Passport, UMID Card, PhilHealth ID, or Voter's ID (COMELEC). Documents must be current, legible, and submitted in the required format. pub772 reserves the right to request additional documentation to complete verification at its sole discretion.

Deposits

pub772 accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP) via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as displayed in the Cashier section of your Account. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. All deposits must originate from payment instruments registered in the Account holder's own name. pub772 does not accept deposits from third-party payment instruments.

Deposit transactions are processed in real time for e-wallet methods (GCash, PayMaya). Bank transfer deposits are processed during standard Philippine banking hours. pub772 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers, banking system downtime, or network disruptions outside pub772's control.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed only to payment instruments matching the verified identity of the Account holder. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Withdrawal requests submitted by KYC-verified accounts are processed within the timeframes displayed in the Cashier at the time of request. GCash withdrawals for verified accounts are typically processed within five (5) minutes. pub772 does not guarantee specific processing times for bank transfer withdrawals, which are subject to the operating schedules of Philippine banking institutions.

pub772 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing withdrawal requests, including but not limited to requesting source-of-funds documentation for withdrawals exceeding defined thresholds. Withdrawal requests may be suspended pending completion of such verification without constituting a breach of these Terms.

Currency

All transactions on pub772 are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). pub772 does not currently support multi-currency accounts. All displayed balances, wager amounts, and payout amounts are denominated in PHP.

From time to time, pub772 offers promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback programs, reload bonuses, and other incentives to eligible Account holders. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside the relevant offer in the Promotions section of the pub772 Platform.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable Real Money Balance. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally — or at all — to wagering requirements. Game contribution percentages are specified in individual promotion terms.
• Expiry: Bonus funds that are not wagered within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from the Account without compensation.
• Bonus Stacking: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, pub772 bonuses may not be combined or stacked with other active promotions.
• Abuse: pub772 reserves the right to withhold bonus funds and any associated winnings, and to close Accounts, where bonus abuse, arbitrage, or fraudulent exploitation of promotional terms is identified.

All games available on pub772 — including live dealer casino games, slots, bingo, fishing arcade games, and sports betting — are governed by the specific rules of each game in addition to these Terms. Game-specific rules are accessible within each game interface or game information panel.

Game Outcomes

All random game outcomes (slots, table games, bingo, fishing arcade) are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. pub772 does not influence, manipulate, or predetermine game outcomes. All outcomes are mathematically random and independent of previous results.

Sports Betting

Sports betting odds on pub772 reflect the probability of stated outcomes as assessed by pub772's odds-compilation process. pub772 reserves the right to void or revise bets in circumstances including but not limited to: obvious pricing errors, event cancellations, abandoned events, or situations where the integrity of an event is reasonably questionable. Settlement of sports bets follows the rules of the specific market as described in the sportsbook interface.

Technical Failures

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or communication failure during a game round or bet placement, pub772 will endeavor to reconstruct the game state from server-side records and resolve the round accordingly. If a round cannot be reliably reconstructed, the applicable stake may be refunded to the player's Wallet at pub772's discretion. pub772 shall not be liable for losses arising from network failures or device issues on the player's end.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pub772 and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to appropriate Philippine authorities:

• Registering or using an Account on behalf of another person;
• Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information during registration or KYC;
• Attempting to circumvent age verification or identity verification systems;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with pub772 games or the betting interface;
• Collusion, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated activity designed to gain an unfair advantage;
• Using chargebacks, payment disputes, or fraudulent payment instruments to gain credits;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches for financial gain — any winnings derived from a known error must be reported and may be voided;
• Money laundering or using pub772 for any activity that violates the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended);
• Accessing pub772 from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by local law.

pub772 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices consistent with its obligations under the PAGCOR regulatory framework and its internal Responsible Gaming Policy. Gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment — it should never be a source of financial hardship or personal distress.

pub772 provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible directly from your Account settings panel after login:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Limits take effect immediately upon activation. Increases to existing limits are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period before activation.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure notifications that alert you when a gambling session has reached a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days) without permanently closing it.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the pub772 Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irrevocable for a minimum exclusion period of six (6) months.

Players who believe they may have a gambling problem are encouraged to make use of these tools and to seek support from qualified professionals. pub772 respects self-exclusion requests and will not send promotional materials to self-excluded players.

All content on the pub772 Platform — including but not limited to the pub772 brand name, logo, website design, game graphics, text, software, interface elements, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of pub772 or its respective licensors and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the pub772 Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gambling entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not grant you any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of any pub772 content;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from any pub772 software;
• Use pub772 branding or trademarks in any context without prior written approval;
• Frame or mirror the pub772 Platform on any other website or platform.

Any unauthorized use of pub772's intellectual property may result in Account closure and legal action under applicable Philippine law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, pub772's total liability to you arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your pub772 Wallet during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pub772 shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings;
• Any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages;
• Losses arising from network outages, third-party service failures, or Force Majeure events;
• Losses resulting from unauthorized access to your Account caused by your failure to maintain credential security;
• Interruptions to gameplay caused by factors beyond pub772's reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit pub772's liability for death or personal injury caused by pub772's proven gross negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such limitation is prohibited under Philippine law.

pub772 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, and to withhold or forfeit any balance associated with that Account, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or collusion;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period upon request;
• Provision of false or misleading information at any stage;
• Identification of duplicate Accounts;
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Account holder;
• Instruction from PAGCOR, AMLC, or another competent Philippine authority;
• Account inactivity exceeding twenty-four (24) consecutive months.

Where Account closure results from a breach of these Terms, any remaining Real Money Balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where closure is initiated by pub772 for operational reasons unrelated to player fault, any verified Real Money Balance will be returned to the Account holder's registered payment method following standard KYC verification.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting pub772 support. Voluntary closure requests are processed within five (5) business days. Any verified Real Money Balance will be withdrawn to the Account holder's registered GCash or bank account following verification.

pub772 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) of the Philippines and its implementing rules and regulations. The collection and use of your personal information is governed by pub772's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By registering an Account on pub772, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including the sharing of such data with payment processors, game providers, and regulatory authorities as required by law or these Terms.

pub772 employs industry-standard SSL/TLS encryption for all data transmissions between the Platform and user devices. Player funds are maintained in accounts segregated from pub772's operational funds. All data retention, access controls, and security measures are implemented in accordance with pub772's obligations under the Data Privacy Act of 2012.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, your Account, or your use of the pub772 Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Prior to initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute with pub772 by contacting pub772 customer support at the address provided on pub772.org. pub772 will endeavor to resolve all genuine player disputes promptly and fairly through its internal complaint resolution process.

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any applicable PAGCOR regulation or Philippine statute, the applicable regulation or statute shall prevail to the extent of the conflict. Such conflict shall not invalidate the remaining provisions of these Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

pub772 reserves the right to revise, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where a proposed amendment materially affects your rights or obligations as an Account holder, pub772 will provide notice of the change via your registered email address and/or through a prominent notice displayed on the pub772 Platform for a period of not less than seven (7) days prior to the amendment taking effect.

Your continued use of the pub772 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 12 of these Terms.

These Terms were last reviewed and updated in January 2026. pub772 encourages all Account holders to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.
